Jan 11 (Reuters) – The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1130 GMT on Monday:

** Global Infrastructure Partners, an investment fund that used to own London’s Gatwick Airport has struck a $4.63 billion deal to buy Bill Gates-backed private jet services firm Signature Aviation , trumping rival suitors private equity giants Blackstone (NYSE:) and Carlyle. NCR Corporation NCR.N , a technology provider for the financial, retail and hospitality industries, said it has offered to buy non-bank ATM operator Cardtronics Plc for about $1.73 billion in cash. French drugmaker Sanofi has agreed to buy British immunotherapy firm Kymab for up to $1.45 billion, the latest in a string of deals as it belatedly expands in a fast-growing medical area. French oil group Total said it had acquired Fonroche Biogaz, a leading producer of renewable gas in France with nearly 500 gigawatt-hours of installed capacity. Switzerland-based engineering company Sulzer said it signed a binding agreement to buy Swedish water purification firm Nordic Water for 128 million Swiss francs ($144 million) to expand its water-treatment business. India’s Future Group expects swift regulatory approval of its $3.4 billion deal to sell its retail assets, its chief executive said, even as its warring business partner Inc intensifies efforts to block the deal. Vodafone said it would put its 50% stake in Cornerstone, its UK towers joint venture with Telefonica , into its new European infrastructure unit Vantage Towers after reaching a new commercial agreement with the Spanish company. Deutsche Telekom is preparing a sale of its Dutch subsidiary T-Mobile Netherlands, Dutch financial daily Financieele Dagblad said.
